IN JANUARY 2012  |
THIS SEASON 2011 - 2012 offers a season of chamber music performances in one of London's most intimate concert settings. Chamber music is written for an audience at close range, so the ears arent struck by a wall of sound. Rather, the senses collect on smaller details the communication between the players, the nuances of colour, the fast changes of emotion, humour, sadness, and triumph. For the performers, it takes the most effort, the most preparation, the most attention to detail, and it yields the greatest satisfaction. - Andrew Chung The CentreSpace stage provides a brilliant acoustic environment that enables the audience to fully appreciate the nuance and texture of the performance. - The Madawaska String Quartet - Anna Redekop & Leslie Kinton - Veronique Mathieu & Boris Kupesic who are Red Maple - In the Spirit of Robbie Burns with John MacKay,Barb Gracey and Angus Sinclair. |
