CentreSpace for the Arts is housed
inside the renovated Cronyn Memorial Church.
The centre platform and restored chancel create a
two level thrust stage area which provides an ideal
venue for musical performances, innovative theatrical presentations,
lectures, conferences and other public events.
The auditorium can be arranged in three seating
patterns.
Auditorium seating for 250 with
2-level stage area.
Studio seating for 90 with 1-level
stage area
"In the round" seating
for 325 with 1-level stage area
The space also houses a large three manual Casavant organ, a
manual action cabinet organ built by Gabriel Kney which was once part of
the original Aeolian Hall and a Yamaha C2 grand piano.
We are pleased to offer this space to the community
for theatrical and musical groups seeking a venue for their
presentations.
In addition to the
CentreSpace
concert series we are home to
London Pro Musica’s
rehearsal schedule and host the
London Opera Guild
annual recital and the annual Huron-Cronyn Lecture.
